BKNTime specializes in vintage and estate timepieces, pocket watches, wristwatches, and estate jewelry. Many items we sell are decades old and may show signs of prior use, servicing, or component replacement consistent with their age. By completing a purchase from BKNTime, the buyer agrees to the policies and conditions outlined below.
Returns & Inspection Period
Watch Return Policy
For most watches purchased from BKNTime, excluding consigned items or items identified as final sale, the purchaser may request a return within three (3) business days of confirmed delivery.
To initiate a return, the buyer must contact BKNTime within this inspection period. Once approved, BKNTime will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Watch Service & Mechanical Warranty
Some watches sold by BKNTime include recent servicing prior to sale.
For watches sold with documented service:
Mechanical issues related to the serviced work may be addressed within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the watch has not been tampered with or damaged.

After the initial 30-day period, BKNTime can coordinate service through professional watchmaking partners. Any work performed after this period will be at the customer’s expense, and an estimate will be provided before work begins.
Shipping & Insurance
All shipments from BKNTime are fully insured while in transit until confirmed delivery to the buyer.
Items are shipped using trusted courier services and may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Vintage Condition Disclosure
Unless otherwise stated, items sold by BKNTime are vintage or pre-owned.

Vintage Water-Resistance Disclaimer

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to contact BKNTime directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback while retaining possession of the purchased item may be considered fraudulent under payment processor policies.
If a dispute is initiated, BKNTime reserves the right to provide transaction records, shipping documentation, communications, and policy terms to the payment processor or financial institution.
Failure to follow the return process outlined in this policy may void eligibility for refund.
Title & Ownership
BKNTime represents that, to the best of its knowledge at the time of sale, it has legal title to the items offered and the right to transfer ownership. Because many items are sourced from estates, private collections, and secondary markets, historical ownership records may not always be available. In the unlikely event that a legitimate ownership claim arises from a verifiable legal authority, the purchaser agrees to notify BKNTime and cooperate in resolving the matter.
BKNTime’s obligation in such circumstances will be limited to rescinding the sale and refunding the original purchase price upon return of the item, provided the claim is validated and the item is returned in substantially the same condition as when sold.
This remedy constitutes the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a title dispute.
Limitation of Liability
All items sold by BKNTime are vintage or pre-owned collectible objects unless explicitly stated otherwise.
While items are inspected prior to sale, BKNTime cannot guarantee the future performance or durability of mechanical components due to age and prior use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
