Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free Shipping: All items ship free via FedEx 2Day. All items will be fully insured. Items over $300 will require a signature.

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

• Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the 48 Contiguous U.S. States, "lower 48". We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• International: We do not ship internationally. 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages
BKNTime is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with documentation, photos, so we can submit a claim to the shipment carrier (FedEx). Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
